- Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Rands and are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before processing any order.
We accept payments via cash,EFT or card.
RasBoiz is not responsible for delays caused by payment verification.
- Orders & Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after payment is received and verified.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier availability.
- Delivery fees may apply unless stated otherwise.
- The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information.
- We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Returns, Refunds &
Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days
of purchase
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Certain items cannot be returned (e.g. electrical parts once installed, custom
orders, clearance items).
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
- RasBoiz reserves the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Warranty Policy
Some products may come with a manufacturer or store warranty.
Warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation
- Misuse or accidents
- Wear and tear
- Modifications made by the customer
- Installation Services (If Applicable)
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party or DIY installation.
- Limitation of Liability
RasBoiz Auto Accessories is not liable for:
- Accidents, losses, or damages arising from improper use of products.
- Loss of profit, data, or any indirect/secondary damages.
- Delays or failures caused by external factors beyond our control.
